Best brownie ever. Yes, I know, everyone says that about their own…. BUT! My brownie recipe is flourless, contains only 6 ingredients and easy to prepare. What else do you need?!
For me and for my friends (cause I always bake for my friends and colleagues) this is the best brownie 🙂
I also prepared this chocolate miracle for my boyfriend, I tested it before to make sure. Haha, I was satisfied with the solution, handed to him saying it’s good. His reaction before tasting: Okay (he is used to the tasty sweets). His reaction during/after tasting: MMMMMM it’s goooood (saying with sparkling eyes). He also added: you could prepare this every weekend…

Tips and tricks before starting
All of the dairy ingredients should be at room temperature, so make sure to take them out from the fridge 1-2 hours before starting. This way the diaries combine better, become smoother and will help to get the perfect texture and taste.
I add ground almond instead of flour, so the taste becomes special. If you prefer walnut or nut, feel free to replace the almond. It also works with almond flour.
The salt emphasizes the taste of chocolate, don’t miss it 🙂 Always use salt in cakes or in any kind of desserts with chocolate.
Every oven works differently, so 1st time check the cake before the required baking time. I baked it on 200 oC (392 oF), but maybe your oven is stronger, so be careful not to overbake the cake.
I use a Bosch kitchen machine for beating everything because I have to work less this way. The mixing is also working well manually 🙂 I know because I didn’t always have the kitchen machine.
Preparation time: 15 min
Baking time: 10 min
Ingredients for a 30 x 20 cm baking tray:
- 250 g dark chocolate
- 125 g butter
- 1/3 cup (80 g) brown sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup (75 g) ground almond
- pinch of salt
How to make the best brownie ever?
Preheat the oven to 200 oC (392 oF). Place parchment paper into your baking tray and set aside.
Place the butter and the chopped dark chocolate into a pot, seat over low heat and stir until the chocolate has melted and fully combined with the butter. Add the pinch of salt and stir a bit more.
Beat up the eggs with the brown sugar until their cubage is doubled. Stir in the ground almond and finally add the chocolate mixture to it.
Spread the mixture into a pan and bake for 10 minutes to get the perfect condition. Check the oven after 8 minutes, and remove it if the top looks solid. It can have big “bubbles”, but it will go back.
Leave it cool down and keep it in the pan, it supposed to be slightly fluid inside.
You can serve it with vanilla ice cream, which makes the taste more intense and delicious.
